About the School
Hangzhou Foreign Language School (HFLS) is one of the most well-established and highly regarded schools in China. Dipont Education delivers its A-level program within HFLS, providing students with a rigorous international curriculum in a strong academic environment. Founded in 2008, the Dipont A-level program at HFLS offers IGCSE ESL, a combined ESL and Literature course for high school students, as well as an A-level Global Perspectives course. Students are capable, ambitious, and hardworking, with many progressing to top-tier universities overseas.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an A-level English Teacher to join the Dipont A-level program at HFLS for an August 2026 start.
This position offers the chance to:
- Teach motivated, academically strong students preparing for admission to leading universities abroad
- Deliver IGCSE ESL, combined ESL and Literature, and A-level Global Perspectives courses
- Work within a well-resourced program where each teacher has a designated classroom
- Collaborate with a supportive, international team of experienced educators

We are looking for a teacher who is:
- Confident teaching English at the high school and A-level stage
- Comfortable working with capable, ambitious students in an academically focused environment
- Able to guide, challenge, and support students toward strong academic outcomes
